60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Civil TAC LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on eligible products. All qualifying items may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within this 60-day period.

  • No restocking fees on eligible items

  • No questions asked regarding your reason for return

  • Simple and straightforward return process

To qualify under this guarantee:

  • The item must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date

  • The product should be in acceptable condition

  • All original components, packaging, and accessories should be included when applicable

Civil TAC LLC reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility for a refund based on condition and compliance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to safety regulations, legal restrictions, and product classification.

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Ammunition

  • Body armor

All sales of ammunition and body armor are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the time frame or condition of the product.

Firearms Policy

All firearm sales are final.

Due to federal and state regulations, firearms cannot be returned once they have been shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. This policy applies regardless of whether the firearm has been transferred to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive firearms prior to placing an order. This includes compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

If a firearm cannot be transferred due to:

  • A failed background check

  • Legal ineligibility

  • Refusal to complete the transfer

The firearm may be returned to Civil TAC LLC under the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Additional processing or restocking fees may apply

Civil TAC LLC is not responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer, and those fees are non-refundable.

FFL Transfer Responsibility

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer selected by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure the selected FFL dealer is willing to accept the transfer

  • Verify all applicable transfer fees and requirements

  • Complete all required paperwork and background checks

Civil TAC LLC is not responsible for delays, denials, or complications related to the FFL transfer process.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibilities are determined based on the reason for the return.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Civil TAC LLC will cover the cost of return shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (including ordering the wrong item, compatibility issues, or no longer wanting the product), return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Civil TAC LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting a claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once the claim is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair options (if applicable)

  • Full or partial refund

Failure to report issues within the 48-hour window may result in denial of the claim.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must complete the electronic return request form available on our website.

After submitting your request:

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for review and response

  • Return requests are processed during standard business hours

  • Civil TAC LLC is closed on weekends and holidays

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including return shipping details.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.

Firearm orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped to an FFL dealer.

Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing after the item is received

  • Additional time depending on your financial institution

Any applicable deductions, including return shipping costs, will be reflected in the final refund amount.

Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of a non-defective product:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Repeated refused shipments may result in restrictions on future orders.
