Body Armor Products: Due to manufacturing and sourcing requirements, body armor orders require approximately 5–10 business days for processing before shipment
All Other Products: Tactical gear, knives, ammunition, and accessories typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment
Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Orders are processed during standard business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
During high-demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

All firearm purchases made through Civil TAC LLC must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in compliance with federal law.
By placing an order for a firearm, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Firearms will not be shipped directly to your residence
You must select a valid FFL dealer to receive the firearm shipment
You are responsible for ensuring the FFL dealer is willing to accept the transfer
You must complete all required background checks and legal paperwork at the FFL location before taking possession
Civil TAC LLC is not responsible for:
Transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer
Delays caused by the FFL dealer
Denial of transfer due to background checks or legal restrictions
If a firearm cannot be transferred, it may be returned to Civil TAC LLC at the customer’s expense, and additional fees may apply.
Certain products sold by Civil TAC LLC may be restricted in specific states, counties, or municipalities.
These restrictions may apply to:
Firearms
Ammunition
Magazines
Body armor
Other regulated tactical equipment
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws before placing an order.

If an order is canceled due to legal restrictions, applicable fees may be deducted.

Firearm orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped to an FFL dealer.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify Civil TAC LLC promptly.
